Focus on your healthy lifestyle choices in this letter. Reflect on your fitness journey, care for your mental health, dietary habits, and overall well-being. Discuss your aspirations for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, ask questions about the challenges and victories in this regard, and express gratitude and kindness towards the self-discipline and self-care practices you've adopted.
Remember the rules of letter writing, but you do not need to include postal addresses.

Remember to
- write about the trip from your city to London;
- describe the place you are staying at;
- mention the places of interest you have already visited;
- share your impressions.

An English magazine has a weekly column called “Exploring the UK”. As part of their new investigation, they have asked you to write a report based on your own research of the purposes of visiting the UK by European schoolchildren in 2000–2014.
In your report:
- Compare the purposes of visiting the UK in 2000–2014.
- Explain the changes reasoning your suggestions.
- Name the possible future changes.
Do not forget to follow the rules of report writing and use an appropriate style.
